Vanilla Bundt Cake

Ingredients

Vanilla Bundt Cake

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 tablespoon Haddar Baking Powder

  • 1 package Osem instant vanilla pudding mix

Glaze

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Mix all ingredients together (this can be done with a mixer, by hand, or with a food processor). Pour into a well-sprayed Bundt pan.

3.

Bake for 50 minutes, being careful not to overbake.

4.

Use a spoon to mix the glaze ingredients. Pour over cooled cake.
