9 ounces Manischewitz Wide Noodles
1 pound peas, green beans or chopped broccoli
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, crushed or chopped or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Cook noodles and green vegetables together until tender. Drain.
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until transparent.
In a separate bowl, mix cheese, cream, paprika and salt.
Combine onion, noodles, and vegetables with cheese mixture.
Pour into nine-inch square pan. Mix crumbs with butter and sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, uncovered, for 25–30 minutes.
