2 tablespoons Glicks Flour
2 cups milk
1/2 pound grated hard cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large bunch broccoli (about 1 pound), steamed and chopped
12-ounces Gefen Wide Noodles, cooked and drained
Dissolve flour in milk. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat until the mixture is thickened.
Add cheese and salt, mix until smooth, and then add the broccoli and noodles.
Pour into a 9- x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
