1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons oil
1 red pepper, diced
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
2 carrots, grated
2 potatoes, cubed
1 tablespoons salt
8-10 cups water
2/3 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
2 tablespoons water
pinch of salt
In a 6 quart pot, sautee onion and garlic in oil. Add pepper and saute for another minute.
Add broccoli, carrots and potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add salt and water and cook for 1 hour.
Beat eggs. Add flour and remaining ingredients mixing until it becomes soft.
