How long will it keep?
Store it in an airtight container at room temperature. The honey itself keeps for a long time, but for the best light and fluffy texture, we recommend enjoying it within 1–2 weeks. Over time, it may lose some of its whipped texture, but it is still fine to use.
What is it used for?
A spread for challah, dessert topping, etc.
