This delicious side dish pairs beautifully with chicken or meat and freezes exceptionally well.

1 onion, diced
6 zucchinis, peeled and sliced
28 ounces (790 grams) Tuscanini Crushed Tomatoes
Gefen Salt, to taste
Heat the oil in a medium-size pot.
Sauté the onion until golden. Add the zucchini, followed by the crushed tomatoes and a sprinkle of salt.
Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes, until tender.
