This side dish has such a pretty presentation, no one will know how simple it is.

Ingredients

Zucchini Ribbons

  • 2 large zucchini, washed, unpeeled

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare the Zucchini Ribbons

1.

Using a peeler, peel a zucchini into ribbons on one side until you reach the seeds. Turn the zucchini and do the same to the back and then each side. Repeat with remaining zucchini.

2.

Place ribbons carefully into a frying pan with oil, salt, and garlic. Sauté for about five minutes.

3.

Add soy sauce and mix.

4.

Serve warm.
