The Fall Salad That'll Give You Nostalgic Summer Vibes

Chef Gabe Garcia or Tierra Sur is back! In this brand new episode he's combining your favorite end of summer and beginning of fall flavors to create an epic salad that'll please everyone. Pass the shallot vinaigrette!

Shallot Vinaigrette:


3 Shallots

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp Agave

1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

1 Cup Oil

Pinch Salt

Pinch Pepper

1.     Roast 3 foil-wrapped shallots in 400 degree over for 12 minutes

2.     Cool shallots, then chop and combine with dijon mustard, agave, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and olive oil

3.     Blend with immersion blender until emulsified
