2 (15 ounce) cans Gefen Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup ricotta cheese (not cottage cheese)
3 tablespoons butter, cubed, divided
3 tablespoons salt, divided
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
3-4 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
