Im trying to lose weight, these seem very high in calories for no reason- avocado, 2 T nut butter….
is there a reason?
should i just stick to a water based smoothie with only fruit
Hi Chaya, I appreciate this question! The avocado and nut butter add healthy fats/some protein into the smoothies, making these nutritious and filling recipes. We hope you enjoy!
