Looking for a cold, refreshing, and filling snack? I love these smoothies all year round but especially in summer. The best part is you can make them in larger batches and freeze them in individual cups (freeze with the straw inside). Leave out to defrost an hour and a half to two hours before you’re ready to enjoy.
Watch Rorie make this and another delicious shake here!
2 ounces avocado
1 cup frozen berries – any variety or a mixture of several (strawberries, blueberries, and cherries are my favorite)
1/4 – 1/2 cup Heaven & Earth Riced Cauliflower, frozen (optional)
2/3 cup Gefen Coconut Milk or other milk of choice
1 tablespoon nut butter
1-2 teaspoons raw honey (optional for a sweeter outcome)
Place all ingredients in blender, NutriBullet, or food processor fitted with an S blade. Blend and enjoy.
