Danielle's Pesach Mystery Box

Danielle's got another mystery box challenge—just in time for us to all take on our own! Raiding the pantry has never been this fun, creative, or delicious! See what she does with her mystery box this time! 

Get the recipe: 
 1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef
 1 cup grated Yukon gold potato
 1 egg, lightly beaten
 1 tablespoon Tuscanini Tomato Paste
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
 Gefen Almond Flour
 2 tablespoons neutral oil
 1 (9-ounce) package dried apricots, diced
 1 yellow onion, sliced
