These Cheesecake Brownies Are Everything

What could be better than thick fudgy brownies? Covering them with soft, creamy cheesecake! This heavenly layered brownie is the perfect lunchbox snack or Shabbos morning coffee addition. It’s even nice enough to pull out of the freezer when unexpected company pulls into the driveway!

3/4 cup (1 and 1/2 sticks) margarine (use soy-free, if needed)
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup sugar
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
2 and 1/4 cups flour
2 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
2/3 cup cappuccino chips, divided
