Crispy Sea Bass with Quinoa

25 very, very thin skinless slices sea bass or salmon cut in half horizontally – should come out to 50 finger size length pieces
sea salt
black pepper
dried minced onion
Gefen Dried Oregano
1-2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil (optional)
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 box pre-checked fresh spinach
1 box pre-checked curly kale
1-2 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar or coconut aminos
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 cup raw quinoa, cooked according to package instructions and seasoned to taste
