This was sooooo good! Even my milchigs- lovers had to try it! The mashed potatoes are next level, because it takes on the flavor of the beef, and I mashed in an aluminum pan, so no extra dishes! I placed parchment paper under the lid halfway through, because it didn’t look like the potatoes were absorbing the liquid and was perfect! Thank you again for easy and delicious recipes!
