12 ounces plant-based “ground beef” (or finely crumbled tofu, patted dry)
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
5 burrito-size flour tortillas
8 to 12 slices Muenster cheese
1/2 cup sour cream

Can I use the sliced cheese and instead of meat use shredded cheese?
Sure
Can I use chicken instead of meat?
This recipe is actually dairy and uses fake meat, yes- you could use ground chicken just make sure to omit the dairy 🙂

Yes definitely! You really can fill it with whatever you’d like and use the method of folding and cooking!
