Crispy pasta salad is having a moment, and Malkie Gordon is jumping in with her own spin! She uses crispy farfalle as the croutons in a dairy Caesar-style salad, with plenty of creamy dressing to soak up all that crunch. Keep it simple like Malkie does, or add a protein and make it a full meal. Either way, this is one summer trend worth trying.
