Meatloaf is making a comeback! This recipe makes a super soft and tasty meatloaf. Rena recommends pairing it with mashed potatoes or this easy baked orzo. It goes right into the oven for an easy supper all will enjoy!

Meatloaf
1 and 1/2 pounds ground meat
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs, plain or seasoned
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 cup Gefen Honey BBQ Sauce, more for glaze
3/4 cup water or non-dairy milk, such as Gefen Almond Milk

This recipe looks great! I have been making meatloaf for years, just slightly different. Same kind of recipe (minus the bbq sauce, I use ketchup) then I roll it out flat on a baking paper and spread flavored mashed potatoes on top and roll it up like a swiss roll cake, and bake. When sliced its gorgeous. I usually make one sweet potato and one regular.. it’s so tasty and pretty to serve when sliced 🙂

Looks yum. Which good quality ground beef do you recommend using in Israel?
I get my ground meat freshly ground at the counter in yesh. I ask them to grind it twice.
