Here’s a one-pot meal you must try! Rena came up with this meal to use up the orzo in her pantry before Pesach, but don't be surprise if it gets added to your regular supper rotation - it's that good!

One Pot Pesto Chicken Orzo
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs/ pargiyot
salt
black pepper
paprika
1 carrot, finely grated
1 onion, finely grated
1 zucchini, finely grated
3 cubes Dorot Gardens Garlic
1 pound Gefen Orzo
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Ta’amti Pesto

Can you bake this? And can you use chicken on the bone instead?
I’ve never baked orzo but I’m assuming you should be able to. You could use chicken on the bone but it usually takes longer to cook then pargiyot.
