Phyllo Crust Cheesecake Mousse Cups

5 sheets phyllo dough
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cream
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or Gefen Vanilla Extract
8 ounces (225 grams) whipped cream cheese, room temperature
Gefen Hazelnut Brittle
Haddar Baracke Halva
