Purim Cloud Cookies
1/2 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
1 and 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) margarine or butter
1 cup Tuscanini Flour
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon rose water or orange blossom water
peeled, unsalted pistachios (can be replaced with peeled almonds, chocolate chips, Gefen Sprinkles, etc.)
