Tova loves a full, hearty dinner... but does it really need to use every bowl in the kitchen? Today she’s making Sheet Pan Italian Chicken and Potatoes, with one bowl, one sheetpan, and basically no reason to dread cleanup.

Sheet Pan Italian Chicken and Potatoes
1 pound baby potatoes, quartered
1/2 pound baby peppers, sliced into thick rings
1 red onion, sliced
4 tablespoons oil, divided
2 packets Haddar Italian Dressing and Seasoning Mix, divided
2 teaspoons paprika, divided
2 and 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cubed
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Gefen Panko Crumbs
