Too Cool For School Munchies
Brought to you by Heaven and Earth
The Yom Tov season is behind us, and Mimi is all in for a FALL RESET! She’s setting herself up for SUCCESS with two colorful, nutrient-packed meals: Apple-blueberry baked oatmeal you can prep the night before (and freeze in individual portions for busy mornings!) and a loaded sweet potato salad full of goodness.
Plus, a little pep talk on the science behind fresh starts and how to turn that post-holiday motivation into healthy habits that actually STICK. Because a fresh start is exciting, but having a PLAN is what makes it last!
