Would I need to adjust anything if I wanted to use boneless cutlet?

Nope! The recipe says you can also use boneless.

My whole family LOVES this chicken! I have two questions. Can I add green beans to this recipe? Can I use frozen diced peppers? Thank you

Thank you. Would add string beans together with everything else or later? Are fresh or frozen beans better? I don’t want them to become mushy. Thank again

If you don't want soft green beans, you have 2 options. You can quickly blanch them for 3 min, and they'll stay very crunchy, and you don't need to add them to the pot at all. You can roast them on their own as a side to eat with the chicken. You can add them towards the end, but not sure how mushy they'll get.

Is there a substitute for the white wine? I don't like using alcohol.

When I don't want to use wine in a recipe, I use chicken or vegetable stock as a substitute and so far it's always turned out good :)
