Hey could you say instructions for how long to bake it before smashing if I don't have a microwave?
If you don't have a microwave then I'd boil them first so that they get soft and then smash them.
Made three changes to recipe, one sprinkled bottom layer with flour AND seasoned panko crumbs this way no turning, two divided into fourths but still rolled out on one sheet this made four portions, three topped with arugula and light lemon vinaigrette this is definitely on repeat in my house!.
i send suppers to others who have to be able to microwave. will the chicken stay crisp if it is microwaved or is it only crisp when eaten immediately from the oven? please advise.
I microwaved leftoveres and it was ok. Of course it's allwasys better immediately from the oven, but it was also ok next day and microwaved.
Thank you 💕 ….. this is so cool…. I love how I can make such a kid friendly meal and I know just the ingredients that are in it. Thank you so much. 😊😎I like the potato smash trick too :))
If you did it on the baking sheet, you could put another on top when you are ready to make it easier to flip
