Shepherd’s Pie

They may not have been making shepherd’s pie in the old country, but that doesn’t mean it’s not the perfect, heimish, Chol Hamoed Pesach comfort food.

1 red onion diced

2 shallots diced

1 red pepper diced

3 plum tomatoes sliced

2lb Yukon gold potatoes

Fresh Horseradish

1 cup white wine
