Breaking Bread: Green Shakshuka with Rudy Rochman

Danielle’s first guest is Rudy Rochman, a Jewish activist, living in Israel. As they make a delicious, green shakshuka together, he shares his recent experience in Nigeria and his perspective about Israel and the Jewish World.

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 yellow onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained to remove excess water
1 and 1/2 cups frozen broccoli, stems removed, roughly chopped
1 cup heavy cream
6 eggs, cracked into separate cups
1/2 cup Tuscanini Kalamata Olives, halved lengthwise
1/4 cup cubed feta cheese
