1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 medium onion, sliced into half-moons
1 teaspoon Manischewitz Kosher Salt, plus more to taste
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 head Napa cabbage, shredded
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup bean sprouts

where can i buy rice noodles?

Any kosher supermarket should have them in the pasta/Asian section. I'm sure amazon sells kosher rice noodles as well.
