Raw eggs I'm hesitant to send something with raw eggs. Is there a substitute? How much in advance can I make it and is it ready to drink immediately? Also about how many ounces does it make (just says 6 servings)?

I have used very fresh regular eggs and the alcohol keeps the eggs from spoiling.
You can also use pasteurized eggs like egg beaters egg substitute.
