How long has your colony been around?
15 years.
What's a fun fact about your colony?
We actually have our own "Birchwood Ladies" theme song with our own "Birchwood Ladies" night activity counselor.
Where is the crowd from?
Birchwood Estates is the home of Yeshivas Ohr Hachaim of Queens. Most families are predominantly from Queens with other families being from Brooklyn, Lakewood, Passaic, Florida, and California.
How many units are there?
70.
How would you describe your colony to others?
We aren't just a colony, we are a FAMILY. As we like to say "come to Birchwood once, and you never want to leave". Most people that have rented in Birchwood have ended up buying.
