Chef Yisrael Doudek is a kosher chef and restaurateur in Israel. He founded the kosher fine-dining restaurant Solo Carne in Bnei Brak and serves as the chef at Caballero in Jerusalem, where he leads menu development and kitchen operations. Doudek also works as a culinary consultant for other kosher establishments and is active in promoting professional standards in kosher cuisine.
