Mushky Perlstein
Mushky founded MaMenu in 2016. MaMenu stands for "my menu"- my new menu for each and every Shabbat and Holiday meal. MaMenu is also an endearing Yiddish term for "my mother."
It is a magnificent compilation of weekly Shabbat and Holiday menus. Here at my table in Echo Park, Los Angeles, there is a new menu with fresh, seasonal and delicious foods every week.
Mushky also conducts virtual and live cooking classes.
