An easy and comforting weeknight meal that goes with almost any side dish.
3 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 small onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup Telma Barbecue Sauce or your favorite barbecue sauce
nonstick cooking oil spray, such as Glicks
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, basil, and onions.
Scoop two tablespoons of beef mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until all mixture is used.
Using a pastry brush, lightly coat meatballs in barbecue sauce.
Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place meatballs inside, spaced about 1/2 inch apart.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the meatballs begin to brown.
