Make a simple, easy apple strudel with just apples, puff pastry, and a bit of sugar. It’s ready in under an hour. Delicious!
7 apples
pinch or two of sugar
2 sheets puff pastry, defrosted
Peel and dice seven apples. Sprinkle some sugar over and let sit.
Roll out puff pastry.
Place apple filling down the center of the puff pastry dough. Roll up and twist closed.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, until golden.
Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar over.
