A little sweet, tang, and heat lend an unbelievable flavor to this tender chicken dish.
3 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mirin
1 teaspoon Haddar Kosher Salt
pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Ground Ginger
1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
6 chicken steaks
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag and shake well. Add the chicken steaks and toss to coat.
Marinate for 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to broil. Transfer chicken steaks and marinade to a 9 x 13-inch (20- by 30-centimeter) baking pan.
Broil chicken for five minutes. Turn over and broil five minutes or until cooked through.

Sure! If it gets a little dry you can try basting it with some honey/gravy/broth.
