Directions

Prepare the Salad

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Chill at least one hour or until ready to serve.

Notes:

Excellent as dip or spread; or served with fresh vegetables.

So good! Made this as a shabbos dip, everyone enjoyed it and it got finished to the very last drop. I don’t like the eggy taste, so I only put in one for the texture, and it still came out heaven.
