Diets This quick and easy breakfast casserole tastes amazing and can be prepped the night before. Just pop it in the oven and top it with your favorite berries and a drizzle of maple syrup. Your kids will devour it!
8 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
pinch of salt
8 cups (2-inch squares) brioche bread
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
Gefen Maple Syrup, to drizzle
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Add the bread and toss it with the egg mixture. Set aside for 30 minutes or cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Transfer the contents of the bowl (most of the liquid will be soaked up) to an 8×10-inch casserole dish and bake for 30–35 minutes.
Top with berries and maple syrup.
