Balsamic and Basil Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • mozzarella slices or mini balls (optional; can be omitted for a parve salad)

  • alfalfa sprouts, for topping

Dressing

Directions

1.

Cook the pasta till al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse.

2.

In a small container, add all the dressing ingredients and shake until combined.

3.

Toss pasta with the dressing and add the sliced tomatoes, kale, and mozzarella cheese. Serve room temperature and top with kale.

Notes:

This pasta salad can be refrigerated for up to a week. Just take out of the fridge and serve at room temperature.

It is always so hard to find delicious gluten free recipes yet here we have a winner! This is so yummy! And of course just as scrumptious with regular gluten rotini.
