This soft, juicy, sweet, and flavorful minute steak roast is the perfect addition to your Yom Tov table.
1 and 1/2 pounds minute steak roast
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce (optional)
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/3 cup apricot preserves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place minute steak in a roaster and rub with garlic.
Make a spice rub by mixing salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Rub spice mix onto minute steak.
In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, sriracha sauce, mustard, and apricot preserves.
Pour over minute steak.
Allow to marinate for two hours or overnight.
Bake for one and a half to two hours or until soft.
Slice and serve with extra sauce.
