Banana Shake

Ingredients

"Cream Cheese" Filling

  • 2 bananas, room temperature or Beleaves Frozen

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 and 1/2 cups ice

Toppings

  • sliced roasted almonds

Directions

1.

In a blender, combine the bananas, milk, and ice, blending until smooth.

Pour into a glass and top with cinnamon, shaved chocolate, and sliced roasted almonds.

Variation:

• Banana Date Shake: Add two dates.

• Chocolate Banana Shake: Use unsweetened chocolate almond milk instead of vanilla.

• Almond Butter and Banana Protein Shake: Add two tablespoons almond butter + one tablespoon vanilla protein powder.
