Set up a dessert bar that you and your friends will love. Choose lots of fun toppings from sprinkles to fresh fruit.
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
3/4 cup lowfat or whole milk
1 and 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Chill a mixing bowl in the freezer for five minutes.
Pour the whipping cream into the mixing bowl, add sugar and, using a hand or stand mixer, mix on high for about three minutes or until it becomes firm.
Place the milk, ice cream, and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a smoothie cup, top with a dollop of whipped cream and some sprinkles, and enjoy.
