Diets An easy-to-prepare dessert.
4 ripe bananas peeled and cut into cubes
2 cups pitted fresh or frozen cherries
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cups yogurt
1 container heavy cream
1 and 1/2 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
100 grams butter cut into cubes
Put the fruit in the blender and grind lightly.
Add the rest of the ingredients, including the ice cubes, and grind till it becomes a smooth puree.
Divide the mixture into individual cups and freeze for an hour.
You can make the dish more elaborate by topping it with a crumble (see below).
Place all ingredients in a baking pan.
Bake approximately 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°F), until the mixture is slightly browned. Stir a few times while baking so that the butter is well combined with other ingredients.
Remove from oven, cool, and crumble.
Sprinkle crumble on the yogurt before serving.
