This is the perfect recipe for a homemade birthday cake.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup strong coffee (2 teaspoons coffee, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water)

Directions

Make the Cake

1.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

2.

Pour into 9- x 13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

Delicious!! Easy and delicious! I love one bowl recipes. Turned out fabulously. Makes a nice dark, dense cake.
