Ingredients

Tuna Patties

For Serving

  • tartar sauce

  • sliced lemons

Directions

1.

Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.

2.

In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, scallions, mustard, eggs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and panko.

3.

Using a 1/4-cup measuring cup, form patties, flatten, and place on the prepared baking sheet.

4.

Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Once hot, cook patties two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

5.

Transfer to a cooling rack. Serve hot with tartar sauce and sliced lemons.

Notes:

Alternatively, cook patties in an air fryer at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Spray generously with olive oil cooking spray to prevent sticking.

What do you recommend to make these in an oven?
