Diets This is a great appetizer when you want something refreshing and don’t feel like cutting up lots of fruits or vegetables.
29 ounces (820 grams) Glicks Pineapple
29 ounces (820 grams) Gefen Peaches, drained
2 cups frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
Strain pineapple juice into a small bowl.
In a food processor fitted with the S-blade, blend pineapple, strawberries, and peaches and half of reserved pineapple juice.
Add more juice, as needed, until desired consistency is achieved.
