1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon Gefen Maple Syrup
drop of Gefen Cinnamon
chia seeds
oatmeal
blueberries
slivered almonds
sunflower seeds
coconut flakes
Mix the blueberries, cottage cheese, and maple syrup. Add the cinnamon, and mix to combine.
Scoop the cottage cheese into your bowl and spread it to flatten the top.
Add more blueberries on top, then add the rest of the toppings.
Drizzle maple syrup and a bit of cinnamon on top and enjoy immediately.
