Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped purple onion

  • drop of Gefen Paprika spice

Toppings

  • 1 Persian pickle, sliced

  • 1 purple radish, sliced

  • 1/2 avocado, cubed

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots

Directions

Prepare the Base

1.

In a bowl, combine the base ingredients and mix well.

2.

Flatten the top to add the toppings.

Prepare the Toppings

1.

Layer the vegetables on top.

2.

Add the egg and fried onions, then sprinkle with everything spice.
