1 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon chopped purple onion
drop of Gefen Paprika spice
drop of Pereg Black Pepper
1 Persian pickle, sliced
1 purple radish, sliced
1/2 avocado, cubed
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1 cooked egg
1 tablespoon fried onion, such as Haddar Sauteed Onions
1 tablespoon Pereg Everything Spice
In a bowl, combine the base ingredients and mix well.
Flatten the top to add the toppings.
Layer the vegetables on top.
Add the egg and fried onions, then sprinkle with everything spice.
