4 pounds frozen cauliflower, such as Beleaves Frozen Cauliflower Florets
5 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons chicken soup mix or Glicks Soy Sauce
1 and 1/2 cups flour
oil for deep frying
Gefen Cornflake Crumbs (optional)
Partially thaw cauliflower.
Blend eggs, water, chicken soup mix or soy sauce and flour.
Dip cauliflower florets into batter to coat and roll in cornflakes crumbs.
Deep fry until golden, drain well.
