Diets Crispy cauliflower with sweet and spicy sauce screams Chanukah! It has all the crunchy flavor of frying, but it’s baked. The sauce is amazing, and can also be substituted with chicken or a different protein of your choice.
1 package of Beleaves Frozen Cauliflower
2 eggs, beaten
1 and 1/2 cups cornflake crumbs
1 and 1/2 cups panko crumbs
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon harissa seasoning
1 teaspoon siracha
1 cube Gefen Garlic
1 cube Gefen Ginger
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup Haddar Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Tonnelli Avocado Oil
sesame
chopped scallions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Coat the cauliflower.
In a big ziptop bag, add the crumbs and spices. Shake the cauliflower in the crumbs to coat.
Place on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet and spray the cauliflower really well with cooking spray. Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy.
While it’s cooking, make the sweet and spicy sauce. Whisk together and toss crispy cauliflower in the sauce. Serve immediately with optional sesame seeds and scallions as garnishes. Enjoy!

I don’t have harissa. Can it be skipped?
Yes, or you can sub it for Tabasco or sriracha.
