Ingredients

Breakfast Wrap

  • cooking spray

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 slice cheese

  • 1/2 can mushrooms

  • 1 ounce frozen spinach

  • wrap of your choice (I used wonder wraps because they are gluten-free)

  • salt, black pepper, choice of seasoning

Directions

Prepare the Breakfast Wrap

1.

Sauté mushrooms until slightly brown.

Mix raw eggs with spinach and seasoning.

3.

Remove mushrooms from the pot and pour in the eggs on medium heat.

4.

Let eggs cook until bottom is cooked and the top is raw. Top it with cheese and your wrap. Flip it over and let sit for about one minute.

5.

Remove from the pot, assemble your wrap, and enjoy!
